2010 Sermon's

... for taking the time to find out about Evergreen Community Church

Evergreen is an independent, non-denominational, Bible-teaching church which attempts to minister to the needs of both families and singles of all ages. One of our goals is to disciple each believer to discover and fulfill their individual role in the body of Christ. We are constantly growing and learning how to best love and care for each other

Whatever brought you to Evergreen, we're glad you came. And, if this is where you're led by God, we would be honored to become your church home and your church family.

Our History:

We began as a Sunday school at our present location on March 17, 1935. Thirty-four people were in attendance on that Sunday morning. Sixteen years later, the school was incorporated as Evergreen Community Church. Today, we are a congregation of 100 to 150 attendees, with a distinctly unpretentious, family atmosphere.

 the Statement
the Mission of the Global Church

The mission of the global church is summarized in the "great commission" and the "great commandment"; go out into your own neighborhood and to the rest of the world, being witnesses to the good news of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Help people to become students and followers of God, baptizing them, and teaching them to do all that Jesus taught us, the foremost of which is to love God and to love, or take care of, one another.
